Privacy, in plain language.

This site collects only what is needed to deliver The Hard-Won Playbook, operate reliably, and understand basic site performance. It does not sell personal information or use advertising trackers.

Information you choose to provide

If you request The Hard-Won Playbook, the site stores your email address, an optional first name, the page where you signed up, and the time you gave consent. A confirmation email verifies the request before the subscription becomes active. Delivery and unsubscribe records are kept so the system can send each issue once and honor your choices.

Service providers

The website is hosted by Vercel. Signup and delivery records are stored in a private Supabase database with browser access disabled. Resend processes email delivery. These providers process limited account and technical information as needed to operate, deliver, and secure their services.

Analytics and cookies

The site may use privacy-focused, aggregate hosting analytics to understand page visits and performance. It does not use advertising pixels or build profiles for sale. Essential hosting and security features may use short-lived technical identifiers.

Retention and your choices

Subscription records are kept while you remain subscribed or while they are reasonably needed to honor an unsubscribe request. Every Hard-Won email provides an unsubscribe link, and supported email clients may also show a one-click unsubscribe control. You may ask to view, correct, or delete your record at any time.
