How the work is made.
These essays begin with firsthand experience. Facts that do not belong to me are sourced. Uncertainty stays visible, and a persuasive sentence does not get to outrun the evidence.
Firsthand experience
I write from work I have performed or directly led as a clinician, clinic operator, and founder. Personal reflection is presented as reflection. A builder's case study describes the operating problem, decisions, and current state; it does not imply a customer result that has not been measured and attributed.
Sources and review
Clinical, technical, regulatory, or market claims are checked against primary or authoritative sources when they materially affect the argument. Sources appear with the relevant Hard-Won lesson. Business status and product descriptions are checked against the operating company's current public materials.
AI assistance
Tools may help organize research, test clarity, or review the site. They do not replace Robbie's point of view or responsibility for what is published. Material facts, personal claims, and consequential recommendations require human review before publication.
Healthcare boundaries
The site provides educational information and operating perspective, not individualized medical advice. Patient information is not used as content. Clinical examples are generalized or synthetic unless a person has given explicit permission for a specific use.
